The Supporting Inclusive Boards programme engages governance professionals in enhancing and sharing thinking, noting the importance of the role of the governance professional in implementing change to improve Board Diversity.
It builds on the two Supporting Inclusive Boards programmes that have been run for the last two years and consolidate learning and challenges for a wider audience.
We also take the opportunity to invite governors to encourage governance professionals and their governors to explore the challenges together, to hear the same messages and to collaborate on solutions and next steps.
