He has worked on projects where he helped produce resources showing the impact of underrepresented scientists and challenging racial bias in scientific literature. These resources comprise of reading lists and presentations created to be implemented in the lectures of life science students in an effort to make the curriculum more inclusive.
He has also contributed to research on unsung heroes in medicine like Onesimus and helped to run a science bootcamp for students from black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME) backgrounds.
He currently works part-time as a study skills presenter for high school students across the UK. In his role, he uses his passion for presenting to inspire students to make effective changes to how they study so they can achieve their goals.
